Just got my S23 ultra, download this.. I read in FRANCE, root doesn't void warranty. Please confirm? Also, FP states
"Detailed installation guide separately available in download area along with ROM files" but well, i don't see them anywhere..? Haven't been on Galaxys for a while, i don't recall too well rom install process..

Technically in EU, tripping knox doesn't void warranty, but you go and confirm that yourself with Samsung before doing anything. No one is responsible here for your own actions.
Ok i'll add one more, that samsung won't reply : once rooted, you get a warning on boot screen (and you're ask to press a button before boot) : how do you remove this so that it boots as before?
This has been asked and answered many times (including in this thread). Not possible at this time (or likely ever) on Snapdragon.

@dr.ketan have a question. I was planning to flash this ROM. Currently I am on Samsung official room, rooted with magisk. Just a info i wanted, is that if i plan to dirty flash this rom using the tool that you have provided for the same, would it be okay? (i know it might face issues, but going through the formatting process is a little tough for me due to my work schedule)
Can you please advise?

- Tool isn't available separately, that means you can use only if you are on Dr.Ketan ROM and wanted to update to Dr.Ketan ROM.
- Dirty flash will never work while you moving ROM from encrypted to decrypted data or vise a versa

If I unroot & Relock bootloader and I will flash stock firmware,
1. Can I use any banking app and Gpay without any issue? ( I will never use samsung pass and samsung pay)
2. What app or services will have issue?
3. The warning ...yellow triangle will go off?
4. OTA will work?

1.Should work but again it depends on how your app if it detects device status. Most non samsung services should work but S Health,SPay, secure folder may not.

Defoult os from factory has bootloader locked. Do you say: yellow triangle will go off with UNlocking bootloader?!

Apologies, I meant to say Stock Firmware + ReLocking Bootloader, warning will go. (Corrected above post now)

But AFAIK, changing CSC is fine, so would do we must have the same as current? Well, i can just use SamFWTool & change CSC to OXM before install DR.Ketan & then after install back to whichever CSC i want using SamFWTool.. Isn't it?

S918BXXS1AWD1 is fine
OXM isn't a single csc but group of 80+ csc
ROM zip have csc txt. Read it to understand what exactly you needed
"If you have non OXM group of CSC then must download stock firmware for your CSC" I did read it! That's why i'm here asking. My S23u is french. But i changed CSC to INS using SamFWTool.
So i need to download S918BXXS1AWD1 now.. With INS CSC? Please correct me if wrong. And what happen if i would flash OXM? Would that prevent phone to boot? I thought we could change CSC to whatever whenever..

Why reading half?
Have you read how to check if your current csc is part of OXM or not? If it is OXM you don't need to download stick firmware

Also if you are changing csc just for auto call record then don't do it, rom itself have option for this. When you changing csc your all network settings applies according India and that's bad idea even you don't have visual bug. Best way is to use csc according your operator/region for best optimized network settings.

Hello, No when a new version is being tested, Dr Ketan deletes the old version, there is a period of time during which there is nothing left because the new version will arrive, as soon as this is the case Dr Ketan redone an announcement to say that the new version is available, the UB7 and the UB8 were released very close together, so it will undoubtedly be the UB8 which will be available if free of problems.11
You needs to read OP (full first page) + Changelog post of latest version + Installation guide from download area. -

It's been 3 days I am on Beta 2 (UB4) and really couldn't found any bug to use as daily driver. Mostly there will be little improvement by samsung before final stable release. Also most of ROM features same like A13 already ported in latest UB4. I am engaged in beta project since day one and probably this will be last beta release for Dr.Ketan ROM unless if there is some major stuff in Beta3, Mostly I will update ROM straightaway to stable release as it is too time consuming (I prefer to make base firmware myself only) to capture beta and prepare odin flashing base from scratch.

- Magisk Version restored to Magisk Stable with Magisk Hide experiment MUST READ below
- ROM Tool on essential fix will auto setup zygisk including SafetyNet & GPay fix (no needs to change any option manually)
- KernelSU : KernelSU not supported by ROM Tool or TweaksPro. If you want to use KernelSU, don't use any of these tool.

Installation : State of the art Installation procedure.
- Only needed is supported device + Unlocked bootloader.
- No needs to have device rooted/Installed TWRP/update device to specific base
WARNING
Before you root your device you must be aware that
- This will void warranty.
- As of now you will lose Samsung Pay and Samsung Pass forever if you root once, even unrooting won't help.
- There are many features stop working when you unlock bootloader other than S pay/Pass like Samsung Health, Secure Folder, Galaxy Watch pairing issue, Issue connecting old gear watch (S3 or earlier), Google Pay etc but ROM is patched for all these mentioned features. Still you may trouble using some bank apps and these may fixed by adding these apps to Magisk Hide
- There may be some knox features there which you may not able to use but I can't list those as I never used. Just Google It
- Patched featurs are working today when writing this, No idea if it may stop working next moment/tomorrow or later
- Also to note, once you root, you can't go back to "pre-rooted" state completely. It is one way!
- OTA won't work on rooted device.
- ROOT with caution.
- On unlocking bootloader you will have warning screen while device boot and as of now no workaround to hide. Though it can be removed with re flashing stock rom + re locking bootloader
- You can unroot & Relock bootloader after flashing stock firmware, but still your warranty flag remain 0x1 and most of countries it still voids warranty. Also after unrooting & relocking bootloader, some knox features never work again.

IMPORTANT : For dirty flashing ROM (No data wiping)
- In case your existing ROM have different version of Magisk from one you are going to Install (Check Changelog for Magisk version info) then first restore magisk if you have hidden (rename) it and then uninstall magisk app from app drawer. After ROM installation, you may have stub (Magisk sortcut) for Magisk, you can click there and update. If no stub available, download Magisk apk from download and Install apk manually. If you are using same version of magisk then nothing requires to do for magisk.
- Select "Prepare device for dirty Flashing" from ROM Tool and straightway flash this verison of ROM with Odin. In case you are on older version of ROM and said option is not available in ROM Tool, manually delete *DrKetan* module(s) before flashing ROM
- Since T10 there will be no more stable version of Magisk included. Instead it comes with Magisk Alpha. So before installing ROM, just remove Magisk apk from app drawer. After installation of ROM, there may be a app called "Alpha" stub will be there. You can install full version by clicking on icon OR download Magisk_Alpha.apk from download area and install manually
- Open Alpha app and complete setup if asked for
- Open ROM Tool - Apply essential Fix and reboot device
- Now root detection apps should work on your device, simply you have to add your app to "Configure deny list" from Magisk Settings, DON'T change any settings other than this else it may not work correctly.

- Check for Magisk app, if not available/only stub available, Install Magisk apk (get proper version from download area) → Open & allow run additional setup if asked for → Reboot
- Open ROM Tool from app drawer and Apply essential fix and Reboot,
- After reboot you can check SafetyNet and should be passed. You can use this app from playstore or This from Github to check SafetyNet (ROM Tool will offer to install this during Essential fix too)
- Now you can further setup ROM a per your liking.
- Since A12 new Magisk (Zygisk) doesn't have buil-in Module repo, You can get standalone module manager from here (ROM Tool will offer to install this during Essential fix too) For more details and queries about new magisk ref this
