i flashed the note 3 keyboard for stock 4.3 and now i am getting the prediction bar even if the prediction is on in settings.

Ok so I notice you have an s3 Neo so I assume you are on Stock 4.4.2 Rom?

Usually KB crashes becoz of these files that are left behind;

libjni_secime.so or libSECIMSJni.so

It is found in /System/lib

Make sure you delete that kind of file (if any) FROM the PREVIOUS KB (make a copy first) BEFORE you flash the new KB.
