Question 2125 vs 2127 on Spectrum

I am looking at upgrading my current phone and thinking about buying a OnePlus 9 Pro from ebay or elsewhere. And I've read the 2125 is the US/Global and the 2127 was the T-Mobile.

Assuming the phone is unlocked, is either model preferred for activation with Spectrum/Verizon or other US carriers?
