[22/05] W.I.N.C.O. mini SDK WP7 (4.21Mb instead of 1.4Gb) now on wAppStore

Mini SDK for WP is now available for download also from :

... and for registered tester (available for all and easy registration with a few click) is available newer version of wAppStore client for Windows Phone.
Added multilanguage support, available languages are Czech, German, France, Italy, Polish, Russian, Slovak and Chinese

This smaller SDK is designated for users who do not want complete SDK for WP7 (1.4 Gb on disk) but only part needed for installation of XAP (Microsoft.SmartDevice.Connectivity.dll)
Size of this installation is 4.21 Mb of course there is not supported emulator and others posibilities of full SDK.

I downloaded ISO of SDK , unpacked WPSDK_en.msi and by method "attemp / mistake" and of cource a little intuition I created this smaller pack.

... or create a nice installer or modul for applications using Microsoft.SmartDevice.Connectivity.dll for PC communication with WP7.

I understand that I should run WPSDK_en.msi, and then copy the other folders to their corresponding places. However I'm not sure where should I copy the following folders:

Application Data
AppSrch
CommonAppData

Unzip miniSDK and run WPSDK_en.msi, that all... .msi copy file from unzipped folder to needed places, after that you can delete unzipped files.

I was able to get the full SDK 7.1 to run under XP and am ChevronWP7 and interop unlocked. I had to change a couple lines in a file "baseline.dat" and it installed. Maybe it can be done with this as well or ask the developer to do it. If you google "how to install the windows phone developers tools in Windows XP" you will find the directions.

HAve downloaded WPSDK and when trying to install on windows 7 it shows dialogue box indicating it is gathering information and then stops going any further. What might I be doing wrong with the installation?
