German titaniumweather 4.2

Found a complete german version at htc-developers.de and modified it a bit (added v7 to cab, fixed paths...).

TitaniumWeather_v4.2_ger.cab

Bugs:

-MSN witget Link needs to be fixed.
-iconpaths need to be \condicons instead of \spil for themes to work.

i will fix the bugs later.

TitaniumWeather is made by Showaco. I just modified it to work on german wm65.
Props to xor (htc-devs) for translating titaniumweather.

Dont know if you mean this with connection bug, but in NON-English / WWE Roms it has to be

I have installed German titaniumweather 4.2 and renamed the iconpath, but how to change the MSN witged path? After I have changed the iconpath, the icons are still not displayed. Is "\condicons" spelled correctly?

i rework some parts (the problem with icons)
and added the tw updater to have the latest german update...and also a htc icon set....(reworked to see the icons)
