Sounds like an incomplete zip download.. try to wipe cache and dalvik after finished installation..

Confirmed transparent calender widget.. transparent lockscreen music should be no problem as I'm using it too, the mod will remove the background of the lockscreen panel

I don't know how the mod works and can't find the answer.

After I flash it, do I get the options to personalize it in Viper Tweaks or during/after the installation? Basically, does it add more options to Viper Tweaks or does it completely replace everything.

So you are new user here..
Nope this mod will not replace any tweaks nor add more options to Viper Tweaks.. this mod will change your statusbar look and change all the icons inside the ROM just like the screenshot at the first post.. you can select the stuff you want when installation since this mod is using Aroma installer..

It will not work with Relevation.. ViperS has it's own modded framework and it may cause bootloop..

That's not what i'm asking, i'm asking if it mattes that i have TWRP installed, as the TWRP detected the aroma installer just fine and launched it. Only reason i'm asking this is that it was a "requirement" to have 4ext. Afaik it shouldn't matter

I think it will not matter this mod aroma was made when there was no aroma support in twrp , flash it should work

No , not possible because two different phone+different frameworks and other apps etc ..
