Then if you want OneUI, you have to install an Android 10 ROM, such as Dr. Ketan ROM or Alexis ROM. Noble ROM, both based on Android 11 and on Android 12, won't have that function.

i format and install every thing again three time but nothing solve

Don't think so. But you should flash latest BL and CP.

You don't have to but should do it because it minimizes the chance of unexpected bugs popping up.

When you update newer OS, it is highly recommended to flash stock ROM first.
