I was using the PIE version of this rom since 3 years without any problems and didn't feel the need upgrade.

Yesterday, i decided to upgrade to Q19 just for the sake of it but ended up in a bootloop. Now since my phone was originally N960N, i flashed the latest BL and CP from the N version so that the rom would boot.

Now the rom DID BOOT although i have LIMITED SERVICE on my sim network now. The rest of the phone is running flawlessly.

Can somebody tell me what may cause this issue and how to fix it? I would really appreciate it because sim network is vital for me

It appears you re-locked your phone, now your custom ROM will not boot.

Download the original firmware of the phone from sammobile.com or samfw.com and flash it through ODIN after putting the phone in DOWNLOAD mode.

Once your stock rom boots up, enable developer options and unlock bootloader once more.

From there, put the phone in DOWNLOAD mode once more, flash TWRP recovery, boot into recovery and install the custom rom once more

I've been skimming through the entire thread but its more than 400 pages, might have missed a few.

Can you elaborate which post are you referring to?

Like Q10's download? Which version do you think is stable? I love to downgrade and use Oreo but looks like Dr Ketan's O8 is really buggy (I did try, found weird bugs. Probably because I'm using newer bootloader). I think the downloads are being replaced with new ones.

The easiest way to find any posts regarding A10 (android) would be to click on the build no# ie...Q01 it'll take you there, Posts regarding that build start there. *When the Doc brought it online.

i did recovery mode tried a lot to turn on from laptop If mobile black black screen is not removed I have sent the picture, you can see the same written in it. i think i downloaded fake rom download ...while i was installing rom First the logo of my note 9 got changed

Before doing anything else, revert back to your original firmware.

Check your original model (N960N? N960U? N960F?) and download your original firmware from sammobile.com or samfw.com.

Bring your phone to download mode. Press and hold POWER+VOL DOWN keys to force the phone to restart. Once you see black screen, press and hold POWER+VOLUME DOWN+BIXBY buttons and you should end up in download mode of bootloader mode.

Once there, flash your firmware through ODIN so that you phone may startup enabling you to start a fresh.

After that you can once again try to unlock your bootloader, install TWRP recovery and install any custom rom of your choice. Just dont disable the OEM UNLOCK this time

I just bootloop after doing all the steps, cant figure out why (N960F)...
Tried getting back to stock A10, installed twrp again but still it bootloops after instaling the latest rom..
Anyone have any idea?
