Well after a few days of normal use I have 1 complaint. Wireless charging is 50/50 hit or miss if it stays charging. Most of the time it says It stopped to protect itself so yeah I might be removing this because Wireless charging is life for me I hate using cords.
MagSafe(inbuilt) cases do not have this issue afaik.

I wish magsafe cases without the "alignment stick" at bottom existed. There are a few from unknown makers on aliexpress and such but magnets are pretty weak as per reports.

I've recently been on a bender trying to find the best Magsafe case options for my S23U. I've tried about 6 different Magsafe cases so far (several of which I returned almost immediately because they were falsely described on Amazon and just altogether were not magnetized).

The two cases that show the best promise and already have Magsafe built in, are the Ghostek Exec and Mous cases IMO. I'm comparing these side by side this week and will make a decision on one or the other. They both offer good protection but honestly they are a bit thicker of a case than I prefer.

Separately, I'm also going to try putting the ESR ring on a few thinner cases like this Ringke Onyx case and the Caseology Nano Pop. I just hope the adhesive of the Magsafe ring will stick properly to the texture of these two cases. Has anyone tried these already by chance?

No I haven't tried either of these phones but I don't believe most magsafe adapters will adhere to silicon, which the Caseology case is.

I ended up putting the ESR ring on the Ringke Onyx case. I like the green on black and despite the case having a bit of a grippy texture to it, there's no sign of the ESR ring giving out. I've also used my Anker battery with it and no issues supporting the weight of that.

So I decided to go all out magsafe on my s23 ultra. After much trial and error with different products I think I came up with the perfect setup for myself. I love it because it's not too bulky and it doesn't look like a Frankenstein phone. 😂😂

I love clear cases but I hated the clear magsafe cases available. Most of them had the white circle but I hated that with my phantom black phone. And the ones that had a black circle also had that line below that blocks part of the Samsung logo. So I ended up buying this magsafe adapter. (Unfortunately it's not on Amazon). It has built in magnets for a stronger hold and it's made of metal and has a nice finish.

I went with the OtterBox Prefix case. I love it because it has squared off sides instead of round.

I ended up getting the magsafe ring holder grip for the back side of the phone. I love this because it allows me to stick my phone to metal surfaces because it has magnets on both sides. It can also be used as a kick stand because of the rotating ring. Has a nice feel and it looks nice!

Hope it inspires more Galaxy users and hopefully that makes Samsung start putting a version of magsafe in their phones.

I'm looking forward to ESR HaloLock ring and Ring Stand.
Anker 610 Ring Holder should work too.
I had the esr. The shine goes away after about a week and it's not magnetic.
The ring stand didn't stick to metal surfaces, so that was a deal breaker for me.

As an update to my previous post, I just got the magsafe installed under my dbrand grip case and I can't even see a bulge or anything and it doesn't interfere with charging or s pen at all. But I don't have the metal finger holder thingy yet, it says it's out for delivery today so I'll report back after I get it.

As per this YouTube video the S pen functionality disrupts when additional magsafe accessories like magsafe powerbank, magsafe wallet etc. are attached.
I can't say about the the stuff he used in the video but I used a magsafe anker charger pod and it didn't interfere with the spen nor did the finger ring thing that OP linked because I bought exactly what OP bought and I had tried several others before and was very skeptical of OP but this works.
