Ok guys, hi at all. Finally I've made my first rom, and the first thing that I've done is to share it with you :D
Tired of the buggy and laggy stock 4.1.2 I tried to switch to CM and....I love my phone. Yeah it has some bugs but is MOOOOOORE SMOOTH, MORE...ALL!
HastaBean is based at the moment on cm 10.2 (11/18) by the awesome team canjica and I will try to update it weekly to the last cm;)

FEATURES

1. All CyanogenMod features
2. Battery tweaks: Deepest sleep state set to 4, disabled fair sleepers, I have decreased the charging voltage to 400 maybe for saving battery life and other;
3. Internet tweaks: many ipv4 changes, a speeder networking
4. Memory tweaks: i have modified low memory killer parameters for better memory management and multitasking
5. Kernel tweaks: a speeder sd card, mali tweaks;
6. SystemUI modded: kitkat icons, kitkat UI, transparent status bar, framework modded
7. Debloated
8. All zipaligned
9. Vacuuming command to vac and reindex you databases (type vac on terminal emulator and the script will start)
10. Modded host, no more invasive ads
11. Build prop tweaks of course (wifi, quick reboot, scrolling, etc)
12. nova as default launcher
13. Es file manager as default file manager

PRE-INSTALLATION​

First of all ensure that you are almost running 4.1.2. You can't directly install this from GB, first update to JB, root, cwm and then you can flash this.
Do any kind of backup you need, or a simply nandroid, to save all your data. I'm not responsible of any damage that I can procure to your phone, but in 99.9% you should be safe. :fingers-crossed:

FIRST TIME INSTALLATION​

1. Wipe data/factory reset
2. Wipe cache
3. Wipe dalvik
4. Install rom
5. Install gapps
6. reboot and enjoy!!!!!
YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW THIS PROCEDURE ALSO FOR UPDATES. (WIPE DATA ONLY WHEN I SAID TO YOU; IF NOT DO ONLY WIPE CACHE;)


KNOWN BUGS

All the cm 10.2 bugs.

1. When long press 2g/3g tile in qs you have a fc
2. Sometimes you may have dark screen while recording a video
4. Some problems with omx decoders


GPS IMPROVEMENT

If for you gps is really weak you can try to change your gps.conf
From this page download your gps.conf of your state and copy it to system/etc and take it permission as rw-r-r (644)

I just installed it and I can say that I haven't seen something to impress me so far. CM boot animation, CM start-up configuration menu.
I can't check the performance because it started to download automatically all my previous installed apps. Is this normal?

I will stress it for a few days and come back with my opinion.

I think yes. For me it always happens when i do a fresh install. Mate...this is my first rom, i have done the possible...and you perfectly know that cm 10.2 has some bugs

Yeah you are right, use your theme, I m trying to learn something about android. I m a f*** newbie don t only criticize this my work. I just wanted to share this my little work with this community. Maybe apreciated by someone.

You know, I don't like to criticize other's work, but he is asking a sensible question....
Take this positively: I'm not discouraging you.

when u say u did all those 'tweaks', what do they do & what exactly are the changes from CM?
your features list could be more specific.

Awesome battery.
No lag.
Wifi ok.
Gps ok.
Camera-no comment.
Video - no comment.
Games-little lag.
Sms/mms-ok.

Working fine for me.
