25fps recording option in native camera app available? / FilmicPro installable?

I was wondering if the new Nokia 6 Android phone has the option to record video with a frame rate of 25fps in the native camera app like it was possible on Nokia's Windows Phones? If it does, it should be somewhere in the settings of the camera app along with resolutions ... Most phones only allow 30fps or 60fps...

One more thing: Does the video recording app "Filmic Pro" show up as installable in the PlayStore or only its little brother "Filmic Plus"?

Thanks a bunch! Could you also check if the stock camera app has an option for shooting 25fps (PAL standard) instead of common 30fps? If it's available it should be in the settings alongside video resolutions. All my Nokia Lumia phones did have this option but not sure if this has made it to the new Nokia phones.
