well..in terms of benchmarks I find it to be almost 10% faster than nand..I am using class4 sd card..and for high end sd users this could give a awesome performance..for user it would be great to run two or three or many roms at one time..single rom on nand..and many working roms from .nativesd' directory..I think u shud consider this for our beloved 'mymiui' rom..

some changes in init and adding an install.sh file could convert this for native sd..I tried to do it from dsixda kitchen..but got stuck on kernel boot screen..(as i dont know bout editing init.rc..)..I just tried..from taking help from another native sd roms..but no success..

Yes, indeed! And think about users with bad blocks on NAND (as me, for example) -> I have a 8gb class10 SD so NativeSD equals to me with +++ of performance & no more headaches with the bad blocks. NativeSD seems to be the future of HD2 roms (as I see it).
Would be nice to see every ROM with a NativeSD version, as it's just so easy to get the Dual Installer ("replace 2 files and add 1")

Other than this, it´s a awesome ROM. Very light, responsive and stable. Could have some more tweaks, like power button, but it´s super as it is.

It seems you're confusing between the real NativeSD and moving your NAND partitions to the SDCard.

SD versions isn't suited for daily use, as simple as that.

No battery drain as well and so much better vitality. It's about x3, x2 than sense roms(I'm from carl1961 rom now) Only one weird is I think. Go launcher - If running, some apps get fc and rom looks slowly.

First of all, if you read carefully, no developer has ever said that one method is absolutely faster than the other. Each has its own perks.

Back in the AD2EXT+ days, by using many mount points and symlinks it made the ROMs buggy, unpredictable and unstable; which in my opinion was a really high price to pay for a very minor performance gain.

By creating myMIUI SCRTM© I've managed to solve most of these issues but couldn't move dalvik-cache to EXT due to the early use of dalvik by the Android VM.

Up until recently it was difficult to control the boot environment but with the help of other developers, we've managed to pinpoint the exact stages on which each action happens; which in turn allowed the creation of myMIUI IDE©.

The "Dancing Bear" Phenomenon
Ask yourself, if a bear could dance, would it help him in any way?

Just because it would be cool for users to have their ROM on the SDCard, would it benefit them in any way? The answer is no.

Theoretically, because your SDCard is faster than the NAND it should make the ROM faster, while practically, there is never a case when android read/writes one file at a time.
Most of the time Android OS reads/writes many small files at once, that's when access times and bandwidth comes into play.

By separating the Android OS from your DATA on two physical devices, you provide two pipes for the CPU. Additionally, the access times for NAND<->CPU is lower than SDCard<->CPU; since this is the way the platform was designed initially.
Applications on the other hand, which load large chunks of DATA to RAM really benefit from the higher SDCard speeds.

To Sum Up
OS on NAND & DATA on EXT is currently the best combination.
As you can see from the NAND forums, there is only one ROM with NativeSD. Don't take it wrong, NativeSD is very useful for developers but its superfluous for daily users.

REALLY..thx a lot for your advices and for the info that you gave..For us that flash in daily base roms noone told somewhere that this happens and you are the first that make it CRYSTAL CLEAR.thx a lot.also will we see a fast rom such as yours with miui for ICS or JB..because those roms,FOR ME are buggy and very slow. thx in advance bro..really

Anyways..I am playing aroung with mymiui 15b1 since morning..
First of all..really fast than previous one..and that huge amount of system memory looks great(because of IDE©)..

But I experienced some issues..first of all..when battery goes down below 5%..after connecting charger or usb watever..phone reboot itself suddenly..this is a major issue for daily users..(if I am not the only one to experiance this..)
Another one was..after first reboot..the phone sound(during call not music..I mean..conversation during call) is badly messed up..it is like bad signaled radios of old time..I mean..cant even understand the voice..
These two are major issues till now..will tell u more if I experience something new..
btw rom is speedy like woww..

and one more thing..from (*#*#4636#*#* ->phone information) rmnet0 is shown under gsm disconnects..and below this variable ppp sent and ppp received values are there..what does this mean..I mean..am i using ppp or rmnet..??
If ppp..then how can I change it to rmnet..??

How to Translate

1) Download the source file.

2) Make a copy of the source file and rename it to the language you'd like to translate.

Example:
pl.lang for Polish
el.lang for Greek
ar.lang for Arabic

NOTE: the full list of locales is available at the URL specified inside the source "en.lang" file.

3) Open the copy of the file and translate all strings which appear to the right to the equal sign (=)

Example:
text_next=Next becomes text_next=Next_in_your_language

NOTES:

• in the string there might be styling and new line characters.
• a new line character is represented by a backslash (\)
• styling characters are similar to HTML/XML tags. they begin with a <tag> and end with a </tag> (where tag is the actual styling attribute)
• you don't need to translate the styling characters!
• you don't need to touch the new line characters!

4) After you're done, please upload the file to PasteBin or attach it here in a reply.
