Is there any idea to fix my (or any body alse) problem with root permisions? I have this with app like titaniumbackup
why is my phone keep restarting when it reached htc logo? ps: i have already wipe cache, data and watever thing we need to do
Install supersu from Google Play.
Do you have at least 215 mb in /system? Also, make a logcat and upload it to logcat.miui.us.
yes, i have 220 mb system partition, and it still doesn't boot up
Make a logcat.
EDIT: Try something a little larger first. You probably have bad blocks. Does it go to the bootanimation or does it stall at the HTC screen?
Yes, you have bad blocks then. Try something larger than 220. 230 should be fine.
it still doesn't boot up, i have tried 230 sys partition, sigh==
Try 250/5 that's what I use and it worked .
Sent from my HTC HD2 using xda app-developers app
seriously, then u will have less internal storage for downloaded apps
Even after installing SuperSu from Google Play i'm having root problems.. =/ thats a pity because this is one of the best ICS roms out there...
Anyone found a way to fix this?
Thanks
Cyanogenmod 9 RC2 features various bug fixes and updated translations. This moves Cyanogenmod 9 one step further to a final release. This build requires at least 215 mb in the /system partition. 5 mb cache will work. Framework files and system apps are entirely from the desire build. Rom should feel smooth. Rest of it is based on NexusHD2.
INSTALLATION GUIDE
- Wipe data, cache and dalvik cache from advanced settings in recovery. Then, flash 'cm-9.0.0-RC2-1.1-leo-securecrt_hwa' and fix permissions.
- NOTE: It will not work if you don't wipe data. It'll bootloop, most probably. If you have problems with superuser, download supersu from Google Play.
CM9 RC2 1.1
- Updated the base.
- Included latest lights lib from marc.
- Changed to securecrt's latest kernel.
- Included GPU libs from securecrt.
- Fixed a lot of stuff. Rom should feel faster now.
