But why are you surprised? Ones write that if I want stable rom I should use CM7, one that this is stable. I know it is BETA, so I want to know when can I expect final or public but not beta
Well I don't know if you are also reading the CM9 rom thread of tytung, but we could have a 'masterpiece' very soon

Yes I've seen all the evilisto mods and that guy is doing great stuff indeed.
I on the other hand am very short on mod-time myself since I am so busy with the HWA related stuff and real life
When things settle down a bit I will take a closer look
thanksIs there a way to put wifi off while in sleep mode with this rom? The rom is awesome but manually switch off the wifi is annoying me and battery drain with wifi always on is too fast.
Have you checked the advanced wifi settings ? you can define it there..

I was looking for something elsewhere and never thought the most obvious place. everything is ok now. thank you for the tip and the rom of course Hey, could you please update/provide with me with suggestion for solution/link for working rom which will work with:
from root directory(not an android/ics folder, simply from root, because i can't choose folders due to broken volume- button)
or revert the bootloader to old1 which uses rootfs.img(i have magldr right now)
or do both?

p.s. can't make any roms to work, excluding one which has rootfs.img(tried putting it into this rom+startup file, didn't helped tho) - that rom is americandroid or smth, what is called like that, anyway that rom is gingerbread, and i want to try out ics+hwa :/

its rude to ask for eta's, thought there was a rule about it somewhere.
I use CLK and CWM Recovery Touch Beta 8
no need for volume buttons, may be worth a try

That Dude quick question, How do you install the CMW recovert Touch Beta 8? Do i download both files (CMW Recovery touch Beta 8 and adbshell.rar) and go to recovery mode and install them?

i believe to change from magldr to clk - i need to get into basic htc bootloader, and that action requires volume- button - which doesn't work on my phone
Wow, this rom is so smooth and battery effecient. If this is beta, I can't wait for finished products thanks to all who made this possible
Hey, I saw there is a tablet version can anyone tell me if its better if you use the phone mainly for. Playing games like is it faster or smoother for games like modern combat 3 the game runs pretty well as is but am wondering if there are any settings to make it quicker
Link2sd is more troublefree and has less issues.
Most of the A2sd and data2sd scripts have issues with ICS and might break the rom hence enjoy Link2sd
Hey, I used tytungs from with ics and that worked just fine with a2sd script...

22Isn't this version possible to use a daily use yet?
I guess, after reading many comments, this version has various problem such as missing the camera button, rebooting, phone call crash...
Maybe, I believe HWA roms is almost completed within next weeks.
But I can't wait just a day. like everyone.

I use this Rom since yesterday and haven't had any major issues and 0 hot reboots, but keep in mind it's called Beta for a reason..
Had the 'stuck in boot' issue only once (1st reboot) .. cleared the dalvic&cache and haven't seen this issue since..
For me it's fine for daily use, but it's a Bravo Rom and we don't have a trackball
I will start switching the HWA to my AOKP rom.. I have fixed the major things here and it should be a pretty good base now..
Smokin will be releasing a HWA MIUI rom and other devs will probably follow soon.. We likely have a couple of ICS HWA roms at the end of this weekend and this rom will go into HD2 history
Anyway, I am proud to be part of this 'the beginning of a new HD2 adventure'10

10 days, 7 hours , 18 minutes and 23 seconds after the release of Magldr 2.0 I expect to release the most stable android rom.. expect some bugs regarding the release date, but will fix that in about 5 days, 3hours, 12 minutes and 11 seconds after the initial release..7Added some more to the first post :
