I actually made this for my personal use, but looking at the best results, thought I should share with all.:angel:

BTW SLD was ported from Celkon's rom released in September 2013 and
XLD is ported from same exact model rom released in March 2014, much updated and more features.

Tested OK Things

4. OTG Cable works perfect both for PenDrive (shown as "usbotg") and Mouse. (screenshots)
5. Wi-Fi working. Wifi Lan also works perfect via ES File Explorer (Screenshot)
6. GPS tested ok, Satellite Fix within a minute from home window. (Read FAQ for One time setup for GPS FIX)
   Results may vary on different locations.
7. Internal and External Both SD working. (Shown as sdcard1 = Internal and sdcard0 = External)
8. 12 MP Rare Camera with FAST AUTO FOCUS and 5MP Front Camera. Saves photos in external sdcard by default.
9. Brighter FLASH.
10. FM Radio perfect.
11. Bluetooth tested ok with my Sony MW600 A2DP Stereo BT Headset.
12. Proximity Sensor Issue of Stock, not found in this rom (reported by haree)

Warning:

Installation Procedure: ​

BE READY WITH THIS:

• BATTERY: Keeping at 100% charged is recommended before flashing.

ACTUAL FLASHING STEPS:

1. Download ROM and store on Internal or External SD
2. Start TWRP/CWM Recovery Mode
3. Take full backup in recovery mode.
4. First time flashers do Factory Reset FULL WIPE [Warning: Data will be deleted]
   (If anyone flashing on 1.0 or 1.1, then NO NEED TO FACTORY RESET)
   
5. Install ROM
6. Clear Dalvik Cache & Reboot Phone.
7. *** DONT FLASH ANY KERNEL AT LEAST FOR A WEEK TO EXPERIENCE POWERFUL PERFORMANCE OF INCLUDED KERNEL WITH POWERFUL TWEAKS ***

1) My GPS is not connecting in India/out of India. What to do?

Answer: Users of Version 1.2 and previous version, must FLASH THIS OR THIS PATCH for missing network file in full rom.

Answer: GPS works perfect in Bhaarat (India) without any workaround, Tested ok. The basic GPS+EPO setup is explained in this post...

2) Compass Sensor (Automatic Map rotation) is not working as my phone supports it?

Answer: Compass works in all other Clones of Micromax A116 but not only in A116. Micromax have made stupid move by asking to remove compass to Tinno Mobile, the original manufacturer of the phone. GOD knows how much million rupees they saved. May be approx Rs.40 for each phone.

Anyways, for non-micromax clones a small compass patch is made and is available in this post.

3) Should I try any other modified kernel?

Answer: This rom is Optimized to extreme level to give you best performance. This smartly tweaked rom comes with Stock kernel which have confirmed advantage of No Bugs, Reliability, Good Battery Backup and Superb Power performance. It is advised that you try this rom with included stock kernel for few days and then if you are not satisfied, you are free to flash any kernel you want. Custom kernel can be flashed but results are not always as expected. If you face any issues on other kernel, I cannot help you and you should contact kernel developer for further help.

EDIT: Just to add, heavy games like Asphalt8 and NOVA3 runs like butter. And most of the gamers are getting more than 5 hours of game time in single charge which is unbelievable but true. I am not gamer, but other gamers have confirmed it.

Before downloading please check first day Bugs:
-- Minor 1) Kernel Number not showing. Who cares? Its same stock used in SLD. Will fix sooner.
-- Minor 2) Auto Brightness is too low, Setup manually at lowest. Will fix sooner.
-- Major 1) GPS Fix working in GPSTEST but Google MAPS no working. Will fix on priority

If you find any other bugs, please report me with LOGCAT. I will try my best, but please dont expect immediate fix. It all matters how much time we get for this social work.

Thanks for a good rom AGAIN !!!!...

A couple of things i noticed ,, maybe you can help...

1st - What launcher have you put in ? I want to modify it and not able to with Xposed Gel.
2nd - App drawer -- the apps you provided in the rom are right in the start and then they are followed by whatever apps i restored from Titanium Backup or installed from Play store. Is there a way to sort ALL the apps Alpahbetically ?

EDIT : Problem is solved. Downloaded GELauncher. Am now using it comfortably.... Even customisation to launcher is good.

Will revert later with more feedback
