Why the drooling over Wear though? Except for it being easier to read and having lower HW requirements, I have seen nothing impressive about it.

Was really hoping in this port...
For me this watch, as it is, it's somewhat useless because his main function of bringing notifications on your wrist doesn't work very well.
Most of the time it only warns me that there is a new notification and from what app...

I spent all the afternoon deodexing APKs from the newest version of the Android Wear emulator or from the LG G Watch system dump and trying to add to the rom.
It boots but Android Wear, Google services or Setup crashes and I'm not a developer so I really don't know why it happens and how to solve. Also I can't interpret what's in the logcat.
I'm sure that there are people way more capable than me that could solve this easily.
How can I collaborate to make the port possible?

What Base ROM did you start with? Maybe try a ROM that has play store and services working!?(DJdroid, skynet,etc...)

I tried using as base ROM both the ROM from this thread and DJdroid 8.2.
I don't know how but the developer of the ROM of this thread fixed the FC with the files from the previous version of the emulator.

I will continue development for the Watch and after the Android 4.4W (Wearable) is in the AOSP I will create a device Tree. But we have to do it trial and error as I dont have the watch and my money as a trainee is barely enough to pay my bills.

Regards
If you are serious for developing for the Zwatch I can put in a good word for you for my friend andropos, he said a while back that he is willing to give devs a Zwatch if they will develop for it :). No promises, but let me know if you're interested, I'm not sure if andropos is still willing to do it but I can ask him nonetheless.

I've created a ROM based on DJDroid 8.2 adding the missing libs from the LG G Watch system dump, changing some files in /system/etc (as parrotgeek1 did with the ROM of this thread), removing the useless APKs and replacing some APKs with their new version from Android Wear (example: GmsCore.apk -> PrebuiltGmsCoreForClockworkWearable.apk).
Google services and Android Wear apps seems to work (they don't crash as before) while Setup crashes at the start, making it impossible to configure the watch.

Here is the logcat so you can try to find what's the problem: http://goo.gl/k8fOuG
Here is the download link to the ROM I've created: http://goo.gl/1BC3UE

The wear app on phone detects the watch?
