This is one of the S5 features that are not installed and I'm not sure what it is supposed to be. If you tap the settings button go to edit page and pick homescreen, uncheck My Magazine and it will be gone. As a plus infinite scrolling will be enabled.
Ok I never use this feature but I looked it up in BeansTown's thread where the base ROM came from with the hack enabled. This is the tether provisioning hack that bypasses the checking of tether subscription. It is built in the framework and is automatically activated so there is no icon for it. When you enable WiFi tether in the settings menu it's activated.
Page 46 of the original thread for the leak kitkat by beans has the WiFi Hotspot flashable.

Thanks, that's a lot easier. I never use the feature so I'm not familiar with it.
I'll have to upload another one without it but you can download the current one and open the zip without uncompromising it and delete SS from the system/app folder. I won't be able to upload it till tomorrow, I'm about ready to crash for the night.
