Is anyone else's system time showing up in GMT?

The settings are for automatic from the network and it is adding 4 hours. It still follows when I manually set too.

Stock isn't doing this. Weird that I also tried Baja as well and it does the same thing.

Any suggestions?

Its under the widget settings. Tap on the widget then hit the menu key for settings, then widget transparency, then slide the bar to the right :good::good::good:

Only issues I had , that made me flash back to Baja was chrome cast and real player wasn't letting me mirror to t.v. Also , my network speeds were down and reversed with WiFi. I was only getting 5mbps down..2.5mbps up on 4G. WiFi was 13mbps down and 5-6mbps up. On stock and Baja I was getting 13-15 mbps down and 5 mbps up on 4G while on WiFi I pulled 22mbps down and 5-6 mbps upload which is normal for the area I live.

Our network is slow around here...sucks ..any ideas why this would be that much slower ? Also , I had asked why I only get a 4g icon with this rom, but stock and Baja I get the normal 4G LTE icon ?

Otherwise , loved the rom and if I could get chrome cast and the network speeds fixed it would be my daily driver. Thank you again for this !

I'm not sure on Chrome Cast, I never use that, i have done nothing with the network speeds and the 4g icon is just that, a 4g icon. You should be getting 4g but the icon is different because of the notification panel mod I used. I used this one because the empty 4g is gone when not active. I'll try a different notification mod in a update I'm working out now and see if it takes care of the 4g icon. I just wish the ROM slots in SS were working for testing purposes but at least backup and the stock slot works. I'm thankful for that.

EDIT: I tried the other notification mod and 4g is back without the empty icon when off, I will include this in the update.

I actually like the 4G icon included in this ROM. Please don't remove it. I don't need that stupid LTE icon.

My bad it's still 4G not 4G LTE and I agree they work the same, it's just the icon.

The only bug I have found so far is that on the stock browser, you can't open a new tab manually or close one without it force closing

Just tried on mine and I have no problems opening/adding or closing tabs using the stock browser. I uninstalled chrome but I cant see that having anything to do with it :confused::confused::confused:

Must just be something quirky on mine then. I spent an hour last night testing and flashing 3 Roms . Stock leak kk, Baja kk, and this one and my speeds were different on this one for some reason and the chrome cast doesn't make sense to me either. Either way, I will flash again I am sure !

I'm about to update the OP with another update. I just got done adding a few more S5 apps. My files, S-Voice, S-Note, WatchOn and S-Video. This will be the last update for a while nas I'm happy the way everything is working on my end. I tried a few other S5 apps but they didn't work out for me.

Did you get a chance to figure out why the hotspot app isnt showing up or how we can add it to the toggles?

The only bug I have found so far is that on the stock browser, you can't open a new tab manually or close one without it force closing

EDIT: did a fresh install with wiping data, cache, and system and it's all good

This is the only one I know of and haven't tried it. It's not in the notification panel because it's not built in the ROM. You can activate in the S5 settings if you want.
