thanks a lot for ur help
can u help me with one more problem?
I noticed u r on mobinil too, have u encountered the problem of calling an "emergency number" when dialing the customer service number (110)?
if so how could this be solved?
Hi there Suzaku,
I DO HAVE THIS PROBLEM JUST LIKE YOU
This "Emergency Call" problem is not the problem of the build.
If your device is rooted, you may have access to the following path:
Open this file via text editor and you'll be able to find the following value:
To solve the problem, here're three alternatives:
- as you can see, number 110 is included as an emergency number !!!
You should edit this value by deleting 110 from the list and restart your device.
THIS MAY CAUSE YOUR BUILD TO BE DAMAGED.
BE CAREFUL AND MAKE A NANDROID BEFORE YOU EDIT THE BUILD.PROP FILE.
I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT YOU MAY ENCOUNTER IF YOU DO NOT BACK UP FIRST.
- Before installing the build,
Unzip it, edit the build.prop, re-zip it and then install it.
- Don't bother and use this number for customer support
By the way, and from personal experience, none of above worked for me !!!
It's either the build.prop file did not change values after restart (in alternative no 1)
or the Android build failed to install after editing the build.prop on my computer. (alternative no 2)
So this is a cook responsibility.
I advice you not to be bothered by this minor issue, and ask the cook to edit this specific value when preparing the next build
Good luck and take care
