Ive had a few gos of Quadrant and am not getting more that 1627.

Everything seems snappy enough, but the gpu is looking pretty slow with the standard kernel.

Yup, 1696 here, everything is much faster though... homescreens, appdrawer, browser etc, however thats mainly CPU. Games don't seem to be effected so i doubt it matters, plays all the top HD games the same as before. Oh well, just gotta wait for a custom kernel, very happy about the update regardless.

Once again, quadrant scores mean absolutely nothing. If you are happy with the speed don't freak out about what a program tells you. It is possible that 3.1 made changes to how things are cached, or how graphics are handled and quadrant is getting it completely wrong. Quadrant still hasn't been updated for the major 3d changes in honeycomb.

Never trust synthetic benchmarks, try the games yourself and if they work, they work.

Yes, thats all very well and good. The reason everyone uses them is because they can effectively gauge performance on the same hardware.

Gauge, not measure.

For me a score of 1627 is low because on 3.0.1 it was 2500. Its as indicative as that.
