Camera does some lila strip on top of every picture taken and as a result the picture has displaced colours(look at the pic on the bottom of my post). But at least on smultron camera hardware button is working.
A few sudden reboots.
There is some black screen appearing between kernel logo and CM booting logo - it stays for 5 or a few more seconds, so the boot isn't that fast.
As a whole this kernel seems a little bit faster on 1.2gHz (ondemand) and less laggy than 2.6 and 3.0.8 for me. Call apk is always responsive, no matter how many apps run in the background.
The browser is a little bit unstable and annoying, but it was so also in 3.0.8 - it needs periodically to be restarted, because sometimes it hangs on opening a page and never loads it to the end or it "forgets" to display pictures on the page no matter how many times u hit the refresh button - and this is not only in stock, but also happens on dolphin browser. Or some java buttons on a page become non responsive although u hit them dozens of times. So the browser needs to be reopened to fix that for a while until it happens again...
Skype doesn't force close anymore while stayng in the background of the browser or other app as it used to do with older kernels. Very nice progress! But the bad thing is that u can't bring it to backgroung while making skype call and turn off the screen to save battery, since this shuts the call down immediatelly. And this was possible in older kernels. And so skype calls and working display eat the battery for a few minutes. Wifi and the display consume a lot of power.
Hope a few more governors will be added, especially smartassv2, and the FM radio will work!
