Does anyone know if this will work with the shield to charge and be on Ethernet and be able to use a Bluetooth dongle/usb controller at the same time?

Hi, no it will not charge it at the same time.

Face Palm, just noticed that it states it only supports powering the devices attached not the phone/tablet/shield.

Oh well, back to searching.

i have not tested this one myself but it states "OTG Function and Charging Function can work at the same time" i plan on getting one in the future
