As long as there is movement with the case there is possible progress, and if nothing else, at least the company had to feel a paper cut, hopefully one of thousands
If we have lost I don't know it yet, even if they can legally keep us from owning our devices in every country somehow the paid services prove there is a way, that could be leaked
