3 software updates in settings

Hi, i recently purchased a single sim note 8 with model n950U. I just want to ask why i have 3 software update options?

When i click the first one it would momentarily say registering device then would say processing failed

The second one would just tell me i have the latest updates.

The third one would say we have a problem authenticating your device.

What should i do, since i am not that knowledgeable in rooting or doing some technical stuff.

From a reseller here in the Philippines. Im not sure if this is from the states or korea

You might just need to flash your model factory firmware...or perform factory reset
