Received these batteries a couple days ago. Barely getting 2 hours SOT while my oem battery gets me 3 to 4 hours SOT depending on how much candy crush I am playing lol. Hopefully they will break in and get better, but I doubt it.

Waiting for ZeroLemon 9000mAH (something like that what I expecting) I used to 9300mAH for note 2 and that was awesome

aftermarket battery CAN have higher capacity in the same EXTERNAL packaging dimentions. If they forgo the NFC chip, safety precautions from punctures (ie. using softpackage, thinner walls), different battery tech.

question really comes down to.. can you really buy a good aftermarket battery pack at less cost than LG? that's questionable. everyone's gotta make a profit.. and LG will have more buying power than a 3rd party phone battery maker.
When you buy any accessories or spare parts from a maker, phone or car, you always pay more because of the brand name profit, not because of the actual cost of the purchased product.

Seriously?
Is it sarcasm or you seriously want a device that is as thick as the box it came in? Lol I am picturing The G3 Hunch Back, haha.

These 3500maH batteries are trash, do not waste your money on them. I bought one for $5 off ebay, its probably 1/2 the capacity of the stock battery.

I haven't got my G3 yet (still in the mail) but I'm looking into getting a battery like this because:
My note 2 doesn't want to get a signal anymore so while i wait for my g3, I'm using a mates old galaxy s3; the usb port is busted so he bought a wall charger and a "gold" 3250 mAh, as well as keeping his stock 2100 mAh one.

The gold one doesnt use a special back cover, it fits in the standard one, but it is slightly bigger. It bulges like a belly at a buffet.

It lasts me from 8am to about 11pm and thats with moderate use, browsing and facebook most of the day (during work lol)
the stock battery barely makes it till morning from when i switch them out, so back in goes goldmember.

The cheap one also seems to get less hot than the stock one for some reason.
>This is the G3's version of my current battery<

So yeah, that's my two cents.
Maybe its luck of the draw?
