Usually Android 5 and newer support all USB sound cards that Linux supports. I just tried one with my stock Honor 6X and there is no sound.
Found this thread with google that confirms, that the Honor 6X specifically has USB audio disabled, WTF:

With a custom rom, that has done the right configuration changes, it should work. With stock Huawei Android it does not work!
