3G Problem. HELP!

Hi,
I live in argentina and i have Movistar as my company.
I've look into movistar page and tells that bands are 1900 /2100 and how to configurate the APN.
BUT STILL NO 3G, only edge!!

I looked in forums but no one here has xt720, and other android devices seems having similar problems.
Any idea?
