@Logel,

Go into res/values/dimens.xml and set theses 2 lines to 0.0 like this :

<dimen name="status_bar_battery_icon_height">0.0dip</dimen>
<dimen name="status_bar_battery_icon_width">0.0dip</dimen>

Thanks to my bro @sanoc69
Sorry for late answer !

This advise works great together with the modification in system_icons.xml

I got exactly the same advise from my dear friend @DaOldMan which also took time for my problem!

Thanks guys for your time and help [emoji106]

Are you using the 3minitbattery app provided here or some cracked version of it? Have you granted storage permissions to the app. Can you see the blue battery icon first loaded when you install the mod?

Nope official one from the thread or website I don't remember but its not cracked no need to grant storage because I'm on kitkat I can see the blue icon and I can change to the preloaded styles but it won't download the online ones

Close app fully and try to delete 3Minit download folder from your sdcard and try again.

Doesn't work still i tried that where does the minitbatteryresoures.apk go I put it in framework folder and then put 3minit app in private app folder also I can attach my status bar XML will that help you?
minitbatteryressources.apk and 3minitbattery.apk goes both into system/app

For MM and Nougat, its not statusbar.xml but system_icons.xml

Hi-

I have the pixel 2. I've been able to do this mod myself in the past, but something changed. First of all, Google uses SystemUIGoogle.apk, not SystemUI.apk, in /system/priv-app. I've attached their apk and resource files.

In system_icons file I can find the &battery resource just fine. However, when using latest apktool to decode, there are no smali files! Any ideas? Can someone please help?

Your file isn't downloading. That may be a problem with xda labs though. As it is, there isn't much I can do with it without the framework files to go with it.

If there are no smali files, it's likely that your rom is odexed. You'll need to deodex it first.
