this rom uses SD-EXT so without it rom wont boot !
refer this instruction for making SD-EXT : http://xdaforums.com/showpost.php?p=47051353&postcount=564

1 ) Download rom
2) Do a clean wipe/reset and flash the rom
3 ) After first boot simply do a restart
4 ) enjoy

    Instructions:

    Guys make sure that u have a second partition on ur sd card!!!!without the second partition the rom is not going to boot!!!!

    Giving the theme_fix.zip and untheme_fix.zip flash the theme_fix after rebooting twice for the themes to work!!!!!and when u wanna flash the any other zip THEN AND THEN only flash the untheme_fix.zip

    1. copy zip to sdcard
    2. wipe factory
    3. wipe system
    4. wipe cache
    5. wipe dl-cache
    6. flash the rom.
    7. (FOR THOSE WHO WANT OC KERNEL)download the pandora kernel and flash
    8. Just install the phonesky.apk and play services.apk manually after booting the rom!!!.
