It works. The turbo zram app seems to be always slow at loading though...

Yeah it will always be a bit slow since I use Tasker app factory to make it. It runs shell commands one at a time atm...

But once out of beta I should be able speed things up a bit

Kind of... lol! Your phone will act as if it has more RAM since some things held in ram will take up less space.

The real benefit is increased Multitasking and the virtual elimination of the dreaded TW lag as you switch between stuff. Since the swap seems to run fast enough set up this way so the LMK doesn't kick in as often...

Check your free ram via TW Task manager it should always be lower when this app is in use

Great job at the app! Certainly more stable than the beta version, but I agree with the post above, it's slower at loading the set values.

Yeah there's a bug there somewhere. Try setting a value on boot and then tapping remove set on boot.

I'm off to sleep now but I'll release a new version tomorrow. Thanks for testing guys

Unfortunately not unless zram is compiled as a module in /system/lib/modules/zram.ko

It will work if you kindly ask our good friend Wanam to do this. Should be trivial for him. Point him to this thread

Not exactly sure what happened... All I know is that I rebooted my phone 2 times (was testing 3minit 3.3). And then I read your reply, so I load up the the zram app and this is shown.

Originally I set 1248mb with 90% swappiness.

II'll continue testing.

Edit: Set size to 1248mb with 90% swappiness again. Clicked set now, on, set on boot. Restarted phone and now it shows 1600mb with 50% swappiness.
Something wrong with the app display, or the way the settings are stored?

Tried setting 1024mb with 80% swappiness. Turbo zram app and the notification now shows correct size. However, swappiness is still wrong. It shows 100% instead of 80%. Maybe there is something wrong with slider? Shall wait for your next update.

Edit: Notification sometimes show correct size, sometimes error.

It's not theme. Just some random colors i set for the different icons, using 3minit framework. I know it looks weird and kinda ugly.

This app just makes your phone to use its own ram memory much more efficient the phone runs much smoother and faster I,m using this app since first test version of the app and the kernel and yes my phones runs very good any little lags I had here and there are gone I,m very happy with rlorange work

so this gives you 1 hour of battery life?

Since this program is made for ktoonsez kernel yes you can get more battery time by fine tunning the kernel with the settings that works best for you
Best screen time I had was 7:15h watching tv shows with Unis on 3G and I still had 15% batt.
Best idle time for me was aroud 25 hours with 1 hours screen time calls, sms stuff like that
