It will work on cm10 but currently on aosp ROMs for sgs3 if you install the 4.2 camera you have to focus before taking each photo (not photosphere) or it will freeze n force close and won't work again until you reboot your device. However this issue doesn't appear on TW Roms not sure why.

Yes, same issue I mentioned before... Thank you for confirming, the thread originator didn't seem to believe me! :silly:
4.2 Camera does stall while attempting to take a picture with flash when either on Autoflash or Flash On. Once on Autoflash and not having the device use the flash feature or with Flash Off it takes picture immediately.
I want to flash the 4.2 apps but keep the 4.1.1 camera being that I'm on cm10 does any one have the camera apk that I can flash?

It kept both the stock camera app along with giving me the new 4.2 Camera/Gallery app but that was on Stock TW.
It gave me just the one but it fc on me and I don't have time to always reboot
