No, only using one sim at the moment...

The custom rom you're using doesn't have sim number icons. This module is not needed.

You DO HAVE Xposed right?
Install the module, enable it on Xposed and REBOOT. Done, the module doesn't have/need a UI. It just works.
Remember to always Reboot after installing and enabled a module, otherwise it won't work.
@2russell I'm guessing you are one of those annoying noobs that don't read AT ALL. Yes, the module NEEDS XPOSED. If you don't know what that is, then, READ.
It's not that hard, the Search tool is your friend, and so is google.
