4.3 sky note no gestures or quick command

Sorry for posting in this thread, but I don't believe I have enough posts to place in the development forum. But im running 8.2 with airview, which is great, but the only things I cannot get to work are gestures and the quick command options. Hopefully someone will be able to post this to the actual thread.

Quick commands crashed my airview.

I also can't post and am having a problem uploading video to instagram or fb. Images work fine.

Att clean install skynote 8.2

Everything else is working great! Sorry I have not info or help.

try a brand spankin new clean install. it might help.

also, air commands breaks a tons of things. if you don't use it don't install it.

I may at some point try that, but with the exception of those two things, I'm not experiencing a ton with what I do. I have had a few DC but nothing too to major.

I must have a good download because I have not one issue with this rom everything is working. Double wipe then flash one by one while rebooting between every flash. After doing so I havent had any issues

So you even have your gestures with the pen? If so, many kudos!

I also find out something about that, when I try the quick command loop, my com.sec.android.app.SmartClip Service crash.

Personnaly I prefer AirCommand over Quick Command, the only thing that bug me was that every time I do a double tap with the Spen it popup both Quick note and Action memo so maybe a good thing could be to erase the com.sec.android.app.SmartClip Service file so you'll have no more fc close with Quick Command and you can still only use AirCommand. And maybe no more problem with uploading video .

I don't really use the quick command, so not really a big deal. I don't seem to have the com.sec.android.app.SmartClip file on my device.

I'll try the double wipe and see what happens. Although everything else is working so good, I might just live without it for a while.

Wiped twice. Loaded the latest everything. Works amazing. I still cant upload video. I read somewhere that it could be the kernal. I have not flashed the MJ4 kernal as everything has worked fine without it. I guess I'll give it a try.

Have you tried the latest version of the rom, 9z? It works for me with pretty much all the features. I did a format before installing it.

No, I can't get it to download. I've tried multiple times today and get about 500mgs.

How big is the latest version of Sky note when installed on the phone? I tried it before and really didn't like the idea of having both note 2 and note 3 apps.

I dirty flashed it with everything working except video upload to ig. I'll wipe it a few times tonight and reinstall 9z.

I found the smartclip hiding in my backups. Deleted. Still no video uploading. I'll clean install 9z when I have a chance.

Right I also had problems downloading it on my phone, so I got it on my PC then moved onto my phone.
