stutters and little pauses in music playback since the upgrade to 4.3 (completely stock).
Happens with or without beats, on bluetooth and on regular headphones.

Is there a way I can downgrade without rooting / unlocking?

Quoting myself here, but HTC Tech support told me to 'soft reset' the device.
I accidentally reset my device (I did the htcdev-unlock thing and it cleared my data partition apparently) so I had to setup my phone again,
and I did not have any stutters since.

Don't think it's a good thing you need to clear your data to get music playing working, but it works.

good to know that the Bluetooth issue can be solved. One of the things stopping me from upgrading to 4.3. But yeah sucks we have to reset our phones to scratch..
