I'm too. But when I changed the computer (using Windows 7) and installed fresh driver on it, it's works. It's take about 5 minutes for flash

As of now, there is no point in rooting as Sony has enabled their Runtime Integrity Check in our kernel which prevents mounting /system as rw. I'm waiting for the kernel sources to be released and then it won't be much of a problem.
I can root the phone with 4.4.2 firmware using this method in the thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/t2-ultra/general/root-t2-dual-4-4-t2818887
The SuperSU need update, but I ignore it, it's works for me

Ah that tool will do the job very well. As it seems to disable RIC, data can be written to /system too. Nice:good:
If you would have simply flashed SuperSu.zip in recovery, then you would understand what I meant by not being able to write to /system.

yes everyone is crying about that and the mysterious decrease in antutu benchmark

but considering the increase in performacne and excellent ram management
i have no complains for sony;)
But I see also a brutal battery drain compared with 4.3... Well still ok but about 30℅ less screen on time... Maybe Sony reduced the clock to compensate extra battery leak...

Hello again,

Thank for reply ! I've just flashed 3 phone xm50h with your firmware but it's only work with flashboot .16 and not .13
My first attempt with flashboot v13, the progress bar during flash process have been block and soft brick the phone but I downloaded the .16 version and reflash again and it work perfectly !

Edit: Of course I flash the phone for the play store and agree it displayed d5322.
