Hello, I am a Chinese, how can lenovo a3000 from 4.4.2 upgrade to the android version (for example, 7.0 8.0), higher thank you
Not possible. The last version of available firmware (unofficial) is 4.4.2, available here:

This is Pure Android 4.4.2 with a little changes to make it more beautiful....
NOTE: I have built and tested this on my Lenovo A3000-H (16 GB version). Before flashing, please make sure to be on Stock 4.2.1 a3000_prc_3gfull and use CWM or TWRP recovery. (All you need...below)

install
-be sure that you on AOSP 4.2.1 a3000_prc_3gfull
-Download TWRP and Flash it Using SP_Flash_Tool
-Download Rom Zip and flash it by Recovery
Note: if you want to change internal storage you can use Tweak I have attached above.
*Run EBRtweak.exe
*Select size you want
*flash New ERB1 & ERB2 by SP_Flash_Tool2
No SD card=SD card and internal=internal
