4.4.2 fw for polish divises --> bug in bluetooth, LWP from Google Play not work!

I'm a new member here, come from germany and have a polish Note 3 (LTE Model) with the official fw 4.4.2.
I have not root device or custom rom. I have no idea from this.
Please excuse if I make mistakes.

The bluetooth-sound sounds like in certain games terrible!
Completely distorted and always repeating sound in the games Real Racing 3, Rayman Jungle Run and Rayman Fiesta Run.
Maybe the developers just need to set and adjust the bluetooth sound this KitKat version.
I have written about two weeks ago and reported the developers of Real Racing 3, but not received a reply.
It may be affected more games or apps, I do not know.

All LWP by the developers Ruslan Sokolovsky, OXSIONSOFT, CodeFaqtory not work!
None of the live wallpaper can be set!
I wrote to one of the developers, he tried to adjust his wallpaper, but to no avail!
They all use the same type of programming logic.

C'mon guy, I think we can do a little better than that...he came for help. There's an international Note 3 forum you can drop this question in and they might have some answers for ya. Sorry I didn't post a link but I'm at work and didn't have time to look it up for you. Just use the forum search. Hope this helps a bit.
