You can try using custom launcher such as Nova.

Just flash supersu through your recovery after flashing the rom.

same problem after rooting and flashing super su then i also i m unable to have root access
one more thing after flashing rom i dint found gmail & cant see my ram how much it is used & i dint found my gapps
should i have to flash g apps

Actually it's a slim rom, you can download gmail etc google apps from p[lay store.

Su Zip needs to be flashed from the recovery to gain root access. The zip has been given in the OP itself.
Regarding the Gapps, Playstore is already there, so no need to flash gapps separately. Just install it from Playstore.
