It's the .img file inside the ROM .zip, flash it via flashtool in fastboot mode.

I will add list of command later on OP:
Be sure you have fastboot drivers install or download my tools: Fast kernel flasher
Commands:
fastboot flash boot boot.img (execute this command in the folder where boot.img is)

ok so I installed it with polygonkk boot animation and now i'm stuck with a black screen for 10 minutes? what should I do?

I did full wipe installed it with novakk, gmail, greenify, googleplay music.
