somethings wrong, i had install the new rom with full wipe, but after polygon boot animation, nothing happen... :'(

yeah something is definitely wrong. I tried reinstalling it with different boot startups and other ones without additional apps. No luck, it just hangs at the boot animation.
Now here's a bigger problem. I can't go back to my old ROM. After I install kernel via fastboot and try to enter CWM, it just hangs. I've tried different kernels with different CWMs. What gives? Now I can't use my phone. Any tips?

ok so I installed it with polygonkk boot animation and now i'm stuck with a black screen for 10 minutes? what should I do?

I did full wipe installed it with novakk, gmail, greenify, googleplay music.

Hm strange and it doesn't boot anymore after 10 minutes ?

Install the ROM and wait a long time for the first boot even of the bootanimation stuck. I hope this is not an Ray big of my ROM because it work on my Arc

HI, install 4.4 kernel, enter CWM wipe system data cache then you can install old kernel.

this happen to me when i change to ICS rom... I flash ICS kernel and cannot go to CWM.. but after I flash stock ICS rom.. FTF files and then flash ICS custom kernel I can go to CWM again... juz try it... I dont know why.. may be because kitkat kernel partition.. CMIIW...

I think this is right.. on xperia ray forum after installing polygon they stuck on boot animation.. I haven't try it yet..

Same problem here: installed PolygonKK, rebooted, bootanimation started, screen went black and stuck there
I'm still waiting but hope is gone at the moment. No reaction on pressing any key, seems I need to unplug battery and restart. Will try soon.

EDIT: PolygonKK didn't work. Reverted to KitKat Comet Halley (restored my CWM backup) and wait for new upload...:fingers-crossed:

Waiting for the aforementioned new upload to fix the bootloop (since i did my reading before hand) hopefully its uploaded soon
want to try a new kitkat rom

Downloaded and installed, now it's working!! After first reboot the bootanimation froze, but short while later the launcher started. The ROM seems to be really smooth, but only first impression after a few minutes. :good:

short review of v1:
Sound quality through the headphone jack is very poor with a lot of noise and low dynamics (compared to my previous cm10 4.1.2 rom)
Launcher is very smooth
Browser is terribly slow and crashes all the time, chrome works a little better but still slow.
Booting takes a lot of time.
Battery drains very fast compared to 4.1.2.

Strange, maybe the .zip file is corrupted? Did you already try new download?

I installed the ROM in no special way, with full wipe, PolygonKK bootanimation, Nova Launcher, full GApps, more steps volume...some of the features in AROMA. Worked from the beginning.

btw what I saw: in settings-about phone the model is 'Xperia Arc', not Ray, in build number also anzu. So the build.prop is not correct.

Pls don't compare 4.4.2 ROM to 4.1.2. Cm11 port to xperia 2011 still in development so not stable at all ! If you want to report this bug ps go to mike cm11 thread and use bug tracker !
