only deoxed zip is with fixed settings and googles' zip and mega's ist the same file, just download it, put into internal storage and flash with recovery, thats it.

after upgrade to 4.4.2, my so-03 screen start flickering, touching the icons with ocasionally response, tried wipe, factory reset and recover to original 4.1.2 but still no go, anyone can help ?

i dont know because lte settings are with network options... but You can make a backup, flash deox and write the results

Can't right now. There is no 311 firmware available right now (the one that is got hammered and is down).

i recently flash the stock rom of my docomo so-03e, then 4.1.2 sgp321 stock ftf with excluded partition during flashing, rooted, installed dual recovery, flashed 4.4.2 zip, then flash 4.4 stripped ftf with partition exclusion, then flashed deodexed zip file. i can finally say that the settings laggy problem is gone. good job sir specialist.
