Also tried to flash again 1.40.401.1 with its boot.img, always same result: ROM don't boot and bootloop.
I think I've got a nandroid, but TWRP can't see it in "restore" (maybe cancelled during format).
I've got a nandroid copy on my pc, but how to push it to internal memory ?!?!?!? via adb push ?!?!?!? file per file ?!?!?!? where to copy it exactly ?!?!?!?!?

Since you have full control by twrp, you can copy file from PC by sideload method. Please google how to do that.
but i agree your case is weird, i can't see what's wrong with your device.

Another thing may cause a bootloop is when you get s-off with unlocked bootloader. Are you in this condition?

With TWRP you just can use an OTG cable and USB Stick (put the files from PC to USB-Stick) to restore with nandroid backup.
Just be sure that the folders are in the correct order, otherwise TWRP does not recognize the backup.
Did it many times this way and always worked without an issue.

No, never S-OFFed my M4, still on S-ON Hboot 2.19. if I was S-OFF I also try to flash this ROM

Hi All,

i am on the stock Odexed tr1gg3r84 4.4.2 firmware and have been pushed the new HTC OTA_M4_UL_K44_SENSE55_MR_HTC_Europe_3.10.401.6-3.10.401.4_release_356961 update.

I am already s-off, unlocked hboot 2.21 with super cid.

Tried flashing back to my saved stock recovery and manually flashing the update from stock recovery, but it keeps failing checks for "unexpected contents" in a "wizard" file.

anyone figured out how to install this update yet ?

I think someone will have to upload the update file to xda so one of the devs can convert it into a flashable .zip file.

What is the procedure of updating the OTA file. My Mini is rooted and with S-ON. Could I use your zip? Do I flash it via TWRP or how?

Hello, I have a HTC One Mini with One-Hybrid V3 ROM installed and I want to install this stock version that you have uploaded, 3.10.401.4.
What should I do?

I should mention that the phone is HTC One Mini from Germany, Vodafone, S-ON, bootloader unlocked. Can I install this international version?
Before I installed One-Hybrid it had Stock firmware from Vodafone Germany, version x.xx.161.x.
