As long as it flashed and you have no problems then your OK IMO it really was not that important of in update

Well it seems OK. I was testing it yesterday to see if they indeed fixed the wifi issues, and it certainly seems better. That's why I needed this update.

OK cheers well has I don't have the device I was going off feed back from other users. So has it seems it most be user error and not hboot

I am using this rom for 2 weeks. The rom is working stable didt have any error. But seem battery performance is not so good. I m using the kernel include ur rom.

For all of you who are on HBOOT 2.22 and got the new partition layout, here are modified versions of the ROMs from the first post.
Don't touch them if you're not sure that these are the right versions for your device (that's probably everyone having HBOOT < 2.22)!!!

The 3.10.401.4_odex for the new partition layout:

Both zips are ready to flash via recovery. I only modified the updater-script to match the new partition layout.
Just be sure to flash it with the modified TWRP 2.7.0.5 (successfully did this) or the modified CWM 6.0.4.7 (didn't test this).

tried flashing this update ... not only does it still say 3.10.401.4, it still asks for update

EDIT: Even bigger problem just discovered ... after installing Flashalot's update, I'm getting "couldn't install on usb storage or sd card" in play store. Some of my apps (e.g. soundhound, gentle alarm) cannot be reinstalled now.

It's not NOT TRUE either. Many people have issues with boot-loop using Hboot 2.19. Just because you got lucky doesn't mean it's the right way to do it. Congrats though and enjoy!

Hi there, I just installed this rom on my One Mini and it works almost perfectly : when using the camera app, I can't record movies : a little msg box says that there's no permissions allowed to access SD Card.

Does the pure stock rom (no superuser) come with the stock kernel as well?
I'm hoping to return my htc one mini to pure stock which gets OTA updates as well.

Also what should i change my CID to, in order to get OTAs with this rom?
