The ROM is fully working so it must be a user error somewhere, you tried fastboot flash OEM relock? In bootloader? Sometimes that works if you having problems flashing ROMs

How to Flash:
Download ROM and place it on your virtual SD card
Boot your phone in recovery mode (vol down + power)
In main menu, select "install zip from sdcard"
Select "choose zip from sdcard" and browse to the location of the Stock ROM
After flashing process is complete, reboot the device enjoy!
so we don't need to go to Fastboot and flash boot.img?

I tried that too, but the phone won't boot and the boot image wasnt accessible from the computer. I know it's weird, but I think that upload is corrupt.

Update in progress of deodex the 4.4.2 not liking deodex in some apps but on with sorting it ROM gonna be up and running with no problems with up to date super user,busy box init support unsecure boot.img and all apps up to date and zipalign
