WECOME TO Community ROM V1.1
Old ROCKY ROAD​

This is the first Samsung stock 4.4.2 KK working on Samsung Galaxy S3 4G I9305.
Project was first started by Jarmezrocks who by trying to make the port to work but he bricked his device.
After a period of time evilracer123 made a new kernel and whit some system cleanup i managed to boot the ROM, the first I9305 Samsung stock 4.4.2 ROM.
Whit the work of a few guys we managed to have a working and a very stable ROM that I am using with no problem.

INSTALLATION

1. Make a Nandroid backup
2. Copy this zip to SD Card
3. Enter Recovery
4. Do a Wipe/Factory Reset (select the option for installing new ROM, if you have one)
5. Flash the rom and boot
6. After the first setup you can get back in recovery and flash the root access fix.
7. Verify if the camera is working. If not use the camera tutorial

Camera working Tutorial

1. Enter recovery and flash I9305 stock kernel
2. Boot into the rom NOTE: WiFi won't work and internal memory and SD card may not be accessible. This is normal.
3. Try to start the Camera app, it will give you a Memory card error but you will see that it's working.
4. Reboot into recovery, flash back your original kernel (AGNi or Boeffla) and boot back
5. Now you should have a working camera

You do know that Samsung will release an official KK build for our i9305 in the next weeks, right? Anyways, sorry for your bricked device.

For kernel can't you take JustArchi's sources and compile it using Hbohd tip in his Boeffla port to 9305
Kernel is compiled using Linaro 4.8.3 with some required changes for our i9305:

No FM radio
No CMA_DMA
No flash and load in Boeffla App
New 'Hbohd preset' and 'PST preset' which are just our everyday use settings.
New 'Hbohd' and 'PST' equalizer preset - just our favorite.

Sorry guys, my web connection is painfully slow today. Download link is in the OP. Have no idea why I haven't gone and got a Mega account before today? Anyway syncing with that very shortly:good:

As for the brick. It's no big deal. I will sort it out today. I have a friend I am doing work for at a phone repairs shop, I am doing software stuff for him. All the business that he used to turn away I can now take on board. Anyway he said he will fix it for me :good:

Been in contact with him. I have done most of what he suggested already. I have fully stripped down both ramdisks and compared them all line for line. So I knew that the N7105 Kernel and the values in it were not right for the I9305, so it was a very silly error on my behalf for flashing it. I accidentally had it selected when I was copying to SDcard so in recovery I was not thinking and just hasty to try. So yeah my kernel has everything that his already should but I will take a look at it again later tonight.
I had the N7100 ROM downloaded weeks ago, but I will diff Archies and the N7100 when I get home later tonight.

If anyone wants a head start to help me out?
