I odin back to NC5 Stock and then did ota software update to 4.4.4. After it installed, I odin TWRP recovery, rebooted back into TWRP recovery and install SuperSU 1.94. No issues at all, I'm rooted with TWRP :)

Were you able to enable the hotspot. If I could be stock rooted with the hotspot working I'd be happy. For now, haha.

md5 I got for update is:

D2EC5D31A1F786CA7E95D7FF63D9893C

unpacks \update\META-INF\com\android\metadata with contents of
Code:
post-build=samsung/hltespr/hltespr:4.4.4/KTU84P/N900PVPUDNH7:user/release-keys
post-timestamp=1409206131
pre-build=samsung/hltespr/hltespr:4.4.2/KOT49H/N900PVPUCNC5:user/release-keys
pre-device=hltespr
Then overwrites this file with an over 2mb elf file of the same name.

I'm thinking that binary takes care of the rest of the unpacking..? It would seem so I guess.
