It is a flashable zip. Not sure what you are asking.

Cant' flash this rom, i get an error and the message FAILED.
I'm using TWRP recovery 2.7.

No issues here with the latest recovery by Tasssadar grab it here

If you can post the recovery log it would help me identify where it fails.

I have the same problem when using twrp. After I format system using fastboot, everything run smoothly. Seems like twrp can't really wipe system fully.

Did u try using the Advanced Wipe->System/Cache/Dalvik?
Don have the device with me yet so if you can try and let us know, it will help few other people here,

Anyway, i'm experiencing download problems from dev-host. Is it possible to mirror the file somewhere else?
