4.4.4 question

So I installed 4.4.4 on my note 3, and I wanted to take a screenshot for something for work. I then noticed it gives the following statement "Security policy prevents use of screen capture." I do have knox 2.0 because I use it for my employee email. Would this have anything to do with a knox issue or 4.4.4 issue? Thanks in advance :)

Could be a policy restriction as a result of your companies security profile too. Did you have email set up on the precious software?
I had the email set up previous to this update. Everything was working great before the update. Only security I have is AVG pro, but don't think that is preventing me from doing a screen shot.

Have you tried a 3rd party screen shot app to see if it works?

I checked with 3rd party screenshot apps, says the same thing. I think it has to do with knox 2.0 settings, but don't really want to lose my employee email access.

well I just installed 4.4.4 and I can screen capture with hand and with pen with no problem. I changed nothing in the knox stuff after I installed

It's not knox, uninstalled it and received same message, could it be I downloaded a bad update and just need to factory reset?
