I was able to add the settings "4G only" to my Huawei P10 Plus from help in another post on this Forum "https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3858758".
But with the "4g only" Settings enabled I am not able to make calls with VoLTE anymore. Any call I started to make is cancled by the dialer. And if I try to call my number it is unreachable atm.
If I "set 4g/3g/2g auto mode" it is posible again to make calls with VoLTE and I am sure 4G is used here because it displays 4G in the upper right corner of the phone screen.
By the way if I enable Wifi and Wifi Calling is enabled i am rachable with "4g only" via Wifi Calling but if I disable "wifi" I am not reachable over VoLTE but 4G has full 90% Signal but VoLTE is not working with this settings.
In the Database Settings Tool I set the MCC on hw_add_4g_only = 262
Could it do something with the Carrier Code? In my case it would be Germany Telefonica MNC = 07
I have found the MNC Setting in the APN Settings where the MCC and MNC is same as in the Database Settings Tool. I added "ims" without quotes in the APN Type and restart the phone but this didn't help me to get VoLTE working in "4G only" mode
But where do I put the MNC value in the Database Settings? And is it necessary?
