4G modem problem

Hi there, I'm currently using the latest CM 10.1 build with 4.2.2, and it's only using 4G. Is there a zip file that I need to flash to get 4G again? I did the hardware upgrade and had 4G a long time ago,but had to completely refflash everything. Thanks in advance.
